Investment in the profession means trust in the profession. When people who do not have Representation Rates (Client confidence) and who has little or no investment in the profession, they turn towards personal power and cronyism. If ICCRC is partnering with Agent-Based consultants and Consultants without much experience, it is because they love cronyism and they encourage Corruption. “You scratch my back, I scratch yours!” is their silent moto. Let us explore some real happenings and hopefully, we can see the light of day!
